Manufacturing / process chain
We manufacture our plastic-metal composite parts efficiently and according to requirements. Depending on production volume, part geometry and customer requirements, we use automated, semi-automated or manual manufacturing and assembly processes. We coordinate all process steps and ensure consistent quality and reliable processes throughout.

Injection molding materials
We use a wide range of thermoplastics and other materials to produce our plastic-metal composite parts. Depending on the part requirements, function and application, we work with our manufacturing partners to select the optimal material and process.
These include:
- Polyolefins such as PE, PP and PBT
- PVC (soft and hard)
- ABS, PC (transparent)
- Polyamides
- Plastics with fillers such as GF, GK, V0
- Minerals, TPE, TPU in different Shore hardnesses

Manufacturing expertise, machinery & equipment
We use modern, high-performance manufacturing technologies to produce our plastic-metal composite parts. Depending on the part, production volume and requirements, we work with our qualified manufacturing partners to select the right machine technology and process setup.
We use only high-quality injection molding machines, including machines from ARBURG and ENGEL, with clamping forces from 10 to 600 tons. We can produce injection-molded parts weighing from 0.1 g to 1,000 g.
SCHWEIZER takes care of the technical coordination and overall responsibility – from part and tool design and production planning through to assembly, testing and delivery of the finished assembly.
